Implementasi manajemen modern guna mendukung pelaksanaan good governance (kepemerintahan yang baik)

The key of economical development for a nation is competitiveness. In order to increase the competitiveness, it is a necessary to reforming or modernizing the pattern of management. A modern management in this essay is not only a pure adoption of west culture, rather a pattern of modern management could be ralized in some reforms on structure arrangement, organizational proceess and behaviour which based on modern technology, and the implementation of principles of democracy such as participation, accountability, transparency, law enforcement, proportionality principle, and also professional behaviour.
