Pengaruh persepsi karyawan mengenai kompensasi finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Bank Saudara Cabang Tasikmalaya, Tahun 2013
The purpose of this research is finding how is the influence of employee perception
of financial compensation on job satisfaction at Bank Saudara Tasikmalaya. Money
and financial benefit are obviously important to employee, other factors in a
financial compensation also assume great importance. Organization must attract,
motivate, and retain competent employees because a firm's financial compensation
system plays a huge role in achieving these goals, organizations ought to strive for
equity. In adition to pay equity, organization must also consider about cost of living, level of performance and government regulation to determines a financial compensation. Data used in this research is premier data obtained by interview and sending out questionaires to 35 employees of Bank Saudara Tasikmalaya. This research using the simple linear regression analysis tool. The result ofthis research shows that financial compensation significantly determines job satisfaction.
