Tinjauan yuridis atas pembacaan amar putusan dalam pengadilan anak dikaitkan dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak

The study is conducted to identify the implementation of Children Right at Indonesian
Children court. The means of children is those who are veneer with the law. In general we notice
the rules are more tendencies to the protection for people who becomes a victim, in stead of to
those who are veneer with the law.
This thesis also learned to identify for them who are fade with the law where the court
is in process to give the verdict. The court is conducted openly and it explicitly ignores the rights
of children in their capacity as a child such as the identity of them will be acknowledge by public
and it will influence to their future.
On purpose of this thesis are to give and improve the protection for children who has
problem with law and especially when the verdict is read by children court.
