Suatu analisis terhadap pelaksanaan human resources officer development program di Astra Management Development Institute Jakarta
The term human resource shows that human being is not a problem, but
one of company assets that should be devekped. It needs a good management, to
optimized human resowqes development.
The important function and role of HRD people realized by P. T. Astra
International, as one of the major company in Indonesia, is to develop the ability
and skill of the HRD people, P. T. AI through Astra Management Development
Institute (AMDZ) formed a training program for HRD people or a future
HRD people named Human Resources Omer Development Program
(HRODP). with the goals that has been set in HRODP, wished the trainee will be
able to reelect it, after following this program, in day works situation.
According to this research, researcher will try to research HRODP
execution and get trainee opinions about the program contents and process.
Case Study chosen the research method, to get description and data
about HRODP execution. Collecting data with interviews, documentary studied and
collected questionnaires. Thus the data that has been processed and analyzed
further to get more description about the program execution and the research
conclusion. The 25 respondents in this research are the trainee of the 8 Th.
JZRODP that held on October 10 - 21, 1994.
At last, this study concludes that Human Resources Officer Development
Program held by Astra Management Development Institute gave a positive impact,
which mostly can be directly affected by the HRODP trainees.
