Suatu analisa tentang pelaksanaan perekrutan tenaga kerja pada Hotel Geulis Bandung
In doing it's daily activity, company cannot be separated from Human
Resources factor, since the Human Resources factor is very important in
achievement of company's object and existence.
As one of the Human Resources Activities, recruitment can be said as the first
step in providing employees. Recruitment object is to make people to apply. From
this activity, the company hopes to obtain qualified employee suitable with the
company's need.
Based on the above, writer made research to find out and analyze how far is
the employee recruitment at Hotel Geulis Bandung.
The used method in the research is survey and the type is descriptive. The
used data collection techniques are interview with operational manager's assistant
and document study. Data analysis is done qualitative, that is analyzing data with
comparison between theories relevant with the exist fact.
Generally, employee recruitment at Hotel Geulis Bandung is only done when
the company needs new employee. The company puts internal resources in
forefront then external resources. The company does selection process based on
the qualifications and through the company's procedures.
Based on the done research, it can be concluded by the writer that employee
recruitment execution at Hotel Geulis Bandung can be said good. Wish the good
recruitment process can be hold and improved.
