Pemodelan algoritma penjadwalan mixed-model pada multi-level dengan mempertimbangkan multi-criteria dalam kerangka just-in-time
In the recent years, there has been a fast growing in industry world
continuously that refer to high level of product diversification needed by
consumer or market. For that reason, many companies use Mixed Production
System Model. Mixed Production System is a scheduling model which is used to
schedule production of mixed products in small lot size, simultaneously in
assembly line. This kind of mixed model is Just-In-Time Mixed Production
System needed in order to guarantee production continuity of mixed product with
maintanance on manufacture line balancing. Mixed Production system is helping
companies to fulfill variety demand for consumer without high level inventory.
Mixed Production System algorithm is proposed by Toyota with its Goal
Chasing method. After that Mixed Production System algorithms is developed
emphasizing on different objective functions to maintain production rapidity or
rapidity of using uniform part. Most of Mixed Production System algorithms
developed only considered one level of production that is production level or
assembly line. While, one level production with another has interdependencies.
Besides, the existing Mixed Production Systems only have one criterion or
purpose. While conditions on production floor insist that some criteria or
purposes to be fulfilled so the rate of constant part consumption can be reach.
With consideration for the importance of all production level involvement
and attainment of some criterion or purposes, in this thesis writer developed
Mixed Production System with multi level and multi criteria. Development of
Mixed Production System is done by combining Miltenburg and Sinnamon
algorithm (multi level and single criteria characteristic ) with Aigbedo and Monden
algorithm (single level and multi criteria characteristic).
In this thesis writer also analyzed comparison of characteristic between
the development combination algorithms with the earlier existing Mixed
Production System. For that merit writer did testing with hypotesis datas
emphasized to product variability, process time variability in every line, equivalent
unit, product complexity, and the important level weight for each criteria or
purpose combined.
From this thesis the results showed that this developed Mixed
Production System has some benefits compared to the earlier models. The
benefits for instance are this model has smaller(better) variation, more stabil for
condition where demand variation and output variation in each level under final
product level are big, and attain some objectives simultaneously in scheduling.
