Studi tentang pelaksanaan sistem insentif yang berhubungan dengan prestasi kerja karyawan finishing departement PT. KTSM (Kanebo Tomen Sanbang Synthetic Mills) di Banjaran Kabupaten Bandung
The purpose of this research is to identify the
performance of incentive system which was given to personnel
of finishing department, PT. KTSM, in Banjaran, District of
Bandung, which was related to work achievement.
This research was held based on data which was
available through interviews with manager of personnel
department, division of education and training, together with
questioneres which were distributed to 20 personnels of
finishing department at PT. KTSM which were selected as
simple random.
Result of this research showed that incentives system
which are valid at Pt. KTSM are of several forms, namely :
Work Achievement Incentive, Work Loyalties Incentives, Work
Attending Incentive, Shift Work Incentive, Bonuses, and Wages
for overtime work. But the incentive system which related to
work achievement are work Achievement Incentive and Work
Loyalties Incentive which paid to their personnels by monthly
system. And The Work Achievement is showed by the personnels
of finishing department PT. KTSM as most part implied the
categories "Good" and "Excellent". In other word, that most
part of their work achievement are relatively good.
From the result of data analysis, the writer of this
paper have the picture that incentive system at PT. KTSM his
highly to support the company performance which facilitates
the work achievement of personnel.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana
pelaksanaan sistem insentif yang diberikan kepada karyawan
finishing department pada PT. KTSM, Banjaran, Kabupaten
Bandung, dalam hubungannya dengan prestasi kerja.
Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan kepala departemen
personalia bagian pendidikan dan latihan, serta kuesioner
yang dibagikan kepada 20 orang karyawan finishing department
pada PT. KTSM yang dipilih secara acak sederhana.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem insentif
yang berlaku di PT.KTSM ada beberapa macam, yaitu Insentif
Kondite Kerja (IKK), Insentif Prestasi Kerja (IPK), Insentif
Hadir Kerja (IHK), Insentif Kerja Shift (IKS), Bonus, Upah
Lembur. Tetapi sistem insentif yang berhubungan dengan
prestasi kerja adalah Insentif Kondite Kerja (IKK) dan
Insentif Prestasi Kerja (IPK) yang dibayarkan dengan sistem
bulanan. Dan prestasi kerja yang ditunjukkan oleh karyawan
finishing department PT. KTSM, sebagian besar termasuk
kategori "Baik" dan "Baik Sekali". Jadi dapat dikatakan
bahwa sebagian besar prestasi kerja mereka rata-rata baik.
Dari hasil analisa data, penulis dapat memperoleh suatu
gambaran bahwa sistem insentif pada PT. KTSM sangat mendukung
karyawannya dalam meningkatkan prestasi kerja.
